1. Engineering & RFQ Feasibility
All estimations, pricing quotes, and manufacturing timelines provided by Sourabh Industries are based on the drawings, tolerances, material specifications, and 3D CAD files provided by the buyer. Final pricing and timelines may be subject to revision if design specifications or batch quantities are altered post-quotation.
2. Tolerances & Machining Standards
Precision machining work (including VMC 3-Axis, Double Column VMC, Swiss SIP Jig Boring, Plano Milling, and HBM) is executed strictly according to the engineering tolerances specified on client-approved 2D PDF drawings. Where specific tolerances are unstated, standard general machining tolerances (ISO 2768-m) apply.
3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Clients retain 100% ownership of all proprietary technical designs, CAD models, 2D drawings, and patents supplied to Sourabh Industries. We guarantee strict confidentiality. Specialized tooling, fixtures, and machining CAM programs developed by Sourabh Industries for production efficiency remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial transactions with Sourabh Industries are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from contracts or job works are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Pimpri-Chinchwad / Pune, Maharashtra, India.
